We’re a global team – with offices in London, Los Angeles and Bangkok. About a third of the ScreenCloud team work remotely from their homes, cafes or the beach.
We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic and passionate Credit Control / Accounts Clerk to join us in our London office.
The key elements of the role are:
Credit control - proactively liaising with customers following up on queries and ensuring prompt payment
Day to day credit ledger controlling, chasing and collection of money
Cash allocation and depositing cheques in the bank
Maintaining and updating customer details on the in house system
Produce and send statements monthly
Legal 7 day letters and other administration,
Accounts payable - receipt & inputting of invoices, reconciliations, payment allocation, checking supplier statements, regular monitoring of the ledger, monitoring direct debits, credit card expenses.
At least 5 years experience in credit control
Experience in using Xero
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems and work to your own initiative
Team player, creative mindset and technology enthusiast
